The MT9V111 has an active imag-ing pixel array of 649 x 489, capturing high-quality colorimages at VGA resolution. The sensor is a completecamera-on-a-chip solution and is designed specificallyto meet the demands of battery-powered products suchas cellular phones, PDAs, and toys.
